SABAH-MM2H Requirements

SABAH MM2H (SBH-MM2H) Financial Requirements for main applicant 25 years of age or above, both requirements below must be fulfilled :

INCOME REQUIREMENT

FIXED DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

Before Submission (income or liquid funds requirements at submission are only for application purposes & NOT required for the future) :

INCOME
Show a minimum RM15,000 (family) or RM10,000 (single) equivalent of combined average monthly income in the last 3 months (salary, pension, dividends, rental, interest etc).

Upon conditional approval for Sabah MM2H :

place RM500,000 fixed deposit in a bank in Malaysia, you can withdraw 50% after 1 year (T&C apply)

Important points to consider:

  • Ten (10) Years (5 + 5 years) renewable.
  • Minimum 30 days cumulative stay per year in SABAH
  • Approval may take between 2-3 months from date of complete submission of all required documents
  • Medical Insurance to be purchased upon approval
  • VISA fee at RM500 per person year
  • RM3,000 Government processing fees for new application (on-refundable)
  • Security Bond of RM1,500/2,000 depending on country of origin
