SABAH MM2H REQUIREMENTS

Disposal of Property: Property can only be sold after five (5) years from the date of purchase with the condition that a new property must be purchased with minimum RM600,000 of purchase price. In the event of death of the principal applicant, the Sabah MM2H Pass of the deceased is transferable to the spouse until the end of ten (10) years term. | |
